Grass Cutting
Grass Cutting
Mowing services typically begin in early April and conclude at the end of October. Service is scheduled on a 7–10 day cycle. With the exception of periods of extremely wet or dry weather, service can be expected within this timeframe.

The mowing service includes mechanical edging of sidewalks and curbs every other cycle. String trimming around obstacles such as signs, light posts, and bed edges is also included.

Mowing, edging, and trimming are completed during the same visit, though crews may move through areas in stages. The final step is blowing grass clippings from sidewalks and curb areas.

All services involve the use of loud equipment. Crew members use proper safety gear and remain aware of their surroundings. If you need to pass through an active work area, they will pause to allow safe passage.

How Residents Can Help:
  • Place trash bags and cans in curb areas, not on parking lot islands
  • Avoid parking vehicles over curbs
  • Pick up after pets
  • Avoid areas where work is actively being performed
  • Do not leave personal items (chairs, toys, grills) in common areas
  • Report concerns to the property manager (not directly to crew members)
