An Architectural Application must be submitted for review prior to any new roof installation or shingle replacement to ensure compliance with current community standards.

Requirement: Charcoal colored architectural shingles only, not original brown.
Trim Replacement and Paint Requirements
Replacement of exterior trim must use the approved “Super White” color. Repainting replaced sections to match previous or outdated colors is not permitted.

This ensures a consistent and updated appearance throughout the community.
