1. Visitor spaces are for guests only and may not be used by residents.
2. Spaces are first-come, first-served and may not be reserved.
3. Spaces may not be blocked or obstructed.
4. Vehicles must display a visible visitor hangtag.
5. Each home is assigned two (2) hangtags.
6. Vehicles may not park longer than three (3) total nights within a 14-day period unless approved by the Board.
   
   * Exceptions (extended visitors, caregivers, etc.) require a request through the Parking Exception form submitted to the Managing Agent.

Effective January 1, 2026

Dominion Towing will only honor the new hangtags.
Hangtags must be displayed from the rearview mirror when parked in visitor spaces.

You will be contacted to schedule a pickup time.

If someone else is picking up your hangtags, include their full name in your request.

Property Managers
May pick up hangtags with valid ID and lease documentation.

Renters
May pick up hangtags if designated by the homeowner, with valid ID and lease.

1. Two hangtags are issued per townhouse.
2. Bring valid ID showing your address and an email for HOA communication.
   Renters should provide tenant contact information.
   Absentee owners may authorize a property manager with ID and lease.
